Rapid Predictive Model Prototyping

No predictive model will be absolutely perfect, but establish a threshold for sufficiency and build a prototype model that approaches that level of accuracy.  Simply it is to create a model that predicts your target variable whether it's a scientific process outcome, an experiment, or a probability of outcome, with a level of accuracy that yields a model that is useful.  Establishing predictability should be your goal in this stage.
